HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Daxton’s Friends would like to wish all our supporters a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thanks to you, 2015 was a fantastic year for our organization. With your dedication and help, we were able to spread canine education and awareness through many different media formats.

In 2015 we:

• Ran a bus stop and billboard campaign in Milwaukee and rural Wisconsin

• Ran 30 radio ads during Pittsburgh Steelers games and several printed ads in the greater Pittsburgh area

• Ran printed ads in cities nationwide

• Put boots on the ground to push back against the pit bull lobby in Ohio

• Distributed over 30,000 full color fliers nationwide with help from our volunteers

• 30 minute presentation in Hastings, MI

• Assisted local residents collect signatures to improve public safety

• Interviewed for a story with a national magazine in the UK

• Donated to several victims fundraisers including GoFundMe and YouCaring

• Donated to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin

• Assisted with press releases to promote “Out Of The Blue” victims memorial exhibit

• Over 10,000 posts reach per week – staying current on canine related issues on our Facebook page

• Raising awareness on countless threads on Facebook

• Participated in the first annual ‘Pit Bull Victims Awareness Day’

Daxton’s Friends is a 501c3 organization. Every donation received will support our efforts to educate the public about the importance of selecting appropriate family pets and canine safety. Our desire is to reduce animal neglect and/or re-homing through our dog breed education and to prevent injury or death to our animal and human friends.

We look forward to sharing a wonderful 2016 with all our friends!
